Just what is the secret? and is there really a secret behind the secret?
Confused, well I guess that depends on whether you have first of all seen “The Secret” or have any understanding of the Law of Attraction, and secondly have any direct experience of using the principals in the Secret or the law of attraction.
The view of someone who has not seen the The Secret and is not familiar with the Law of Attraction.
In this case I’ll use myself as an example.
The first time I watched the secret it seemed almost like someone had just reveled to me that up until that point in my life I had been doing it all wrong…life that is.
I didn’t feel cheated, or like things could have been so much different had I only known this information before, but I felt like a whole new world of possibilities lay out ahead of me, and that the future from this point onwards would be so much better than it had been until now for my family. Not that it was bad at this point in any way, but I could now “See” it unfolding how I wanted it to, and not just how it had been rolling out without any real plan.
I suppose you could say that It was like a light being turned on, or me being given a torch in a dark room, now I could not only see where I was going in life but suddenly I could see that there where doors in this room where I stood, and I could now also create the rooms behind the doors and go into them if I so desired with my life. Whereas up until that point I feel I had been almost just drifting along.
Yes, I did have goals before then and had reached them too, but all without truly understanding the mechanics behind them. often it all just comes together, and it all seems to just happen.
Though at times it doesn’t go that way, and I’m left wondering why not? why is this going this way or that way and not the way it should be going? so I began to look more into the law of attraction and its origins. I found there are many basic principals behind the outcome of all events, and this is where the Secret behind the Secret comes into play. and believe me it’s deep….. but worth the journey!
Now since watching the secret and learning about the law of attraction I apply the principals on a daily basis in my life with great results, though at times I feel like the results are just not there. this is where the secret behind the secret comes in to the equation.
Now let’s take the view of someone who has seen the The Secret and is familiar with the Law of Attraction.
So if you’ve seen “The Secret” and tried to put the lessons to good use with no real success, then you’ll be interested to hear there is a secret behind or beyond the secret that you need to get into place and practice to enable you to manifest your desires.
I guess you could look at it this way: The Secret is like being told you can manifest a loaf of fresh bread in a few hours if you want to. Then the Secret goes on to give you the basic tools to create the bread, like some flour, some water, sugar, salt, milk and yeast and then it leaves you there.
Now for some, this is just enough! and they will combine it all together and produce an edible loaf. Some however, will end up with something that even the dog wouldn’t eat.
This is where the missing pieces are needed – or the recipe! – you can get the finest ingredients in the world together to make a fresh, light tasty loaf, with a crisp golden crust, but if you don’t follow a tried and tested recipe you’ll find it very difficult to create an edible loaf.
